Casey brings 15 years of professional experience to the table. For 5 of those years, he was the Chief Service Technician at MacOnline. Casey has worked on almost every Mac ever made, from the Mac 128 to the latest Intel-based Macs. He tirelessly provides personal, one-on-one attention to everyone of his customers to ensure their total satisfaction.

Jason Atkin

Service Manager

Jason has been servicing Macintosh computers professionally for 14 years. His electronics troubleshooting background began when he served as a Radioman aboard a nuclear submarine in the US Navy. He is skilled in electronics theory and troubleshooting and holds an A.S. Degree in Electronics Technology. He's also an A+ Certified Service Technician through the Computing Technology Industry Association and holds various Apple certifications.

Christopher Otto

Service Writer

Chris will likely be your first point of contact when you drop in. He's that friendly voice on the phone, as well as the liason between Core Care's customers and the technicians. In his spare time, he enjoys creating music for numerous projects including some you may hear when calling Core Care.

Phillip Bennie

Service Technician

Phillip is an Apple Certified Technician, spent 3 years working for the "Mother Ship" down in Elk Grove as a Tier 2 Technical Support agent. Phillip proudly served for two years in the U.S. Army, and three years as an Arizona State Corrections Officer. Phillip has what it takes to make your Mac obey and follow orders.

Albert Hui

Service Technician

Albert is an Apple Certified Technician. He has been maintaining and repairing Macs for over five years, including three years as an Apple Genius, and two years as an independent computer consultant. He brings a tremendous amount of knowledge and experience, along with a great "can-do" attitude to Core Care.
